Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link at the top of our website and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll need a valid email address to register.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account before placing an order. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately at sales@guwahati.com or by phone.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status under “My Orders” in your account.
No. For your security, we do not store credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your shipping address and will be displayed during checkout.
Whenever possible, we ship all items together. However, if you ordered products from different suppliers or warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in unused condition. Please contact sales@guwahati.com to initiate a return or exchange.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If your item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll guide you through the replacement or refund process.
